Founded by Karen Elizabeth Young of Karen Young Yoga, a multi-award winning yoga instructor, KEY Wellness was born in 2021 to reflect extended services offered that include corporate and sports specific yoga, nutrition coaching, personal training, meditation coaching, bodywork and wellness products.
